My completely 'no quibble' guarantee
Although every effort is made to photograph the jewellery and describe it carefully, when you see it in the flesh and try it on, if it's not what you want don't fret, see my returns policy. As I use natural gemstones, nature isn't uniform and there are variations in colour and opacity between stones, this is what makes every piece unique.

I want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase, but if you're not, here's what to do, you may also want to look at my returns policy....
If you are not entirely satisfied with items purchased via the internet, Victoria Indigo Designs will exchange or refund the price of goods purchased that are returned to us unused, in a saleable condition, within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase. This guarantee only applies to items purchased via the internet.
For recipients of gift items Victoria Indigo Designs operates a non-refundable merchandise credit policy. Victoria Indigo Designs' Guarantee extends the rights you have to return goods under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
All orders must be paid for in full prior to despatch. Victoria Indigo Designs will acknowledge your order by e-mail and advise of the likely delivery date. A receipt will be enclosed with your package or sent to you if you have ordered a gift to be forwarded direct to a third party. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided the full correct postal address of both the registered cardholder, as well as the delivery address, and have also supplied us with a means of communication (telephone or e-mail) in case we need to contact you. We can track and trace all orders despatched to UK postal addresses with a full postcode.
Prices
The cost of precious metals and stones is subject to fluctuation. Consequently prices may change without notice. If the price of an item you have ordered has changed we shall notify you before processing and despatch.
Returns Policy

Cooling off
You are legally entitled to cancel any ‘Home Shopping’ order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and return it for a full refund. Victoria Indigo Designs’ Guarantee allows you to extend this period to 14 days. After this time, we can only offer you an exchange or credit note. Return postage cannot be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Exchanges and damaged goods
If you wish to exchange a product for any reason please make sure you return it to us within the specified time above. Goods that you would like to have exchanged will be sent back to you free of postage charge. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We do check all items carefully prior to dispatch. However, should you receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve matters as rapidly as possible. For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings can only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be faulty.
Bespoke items
Made to measure designs cannot be refunded or exchanged as these pieces are made to the customer's own specifications and may not be suitable for resale on the website. This also applies to items listed on the website that have been modified to the customer's own specifications.
Cancellation of made-to-order products
Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order or made-to-measure product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. We will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the full selling price. In respect of these products our usual refund policy does not apply and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.*
*None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. For your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.
Packing
All items returned to the Company must be packaged appropriately. Goods are returned entirely at the sender’s risk. Victoria Indigo Designs cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss sustained in transit, howsoever caused. Please return goods to Victoria Indigo Designs, 99 Freestone Way, Corsham, Wiltshire, United Kingdom, SN13 9EE. We will acknowledge receipt to you.

At Victoria Indigo Designs we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders.
What do we collect and why?
To process your order we need to know your full name, postal address, e-mail address, a contact telephone number, delivery address, credit or debit card details (number, expiry/valid from dates, Issue number if appropriate, 3 digit security code number). This enables us to complete the order via secure payment gateways, such as PayPal, as well as advise you that we have received it and when it will be despatched.
Does Victoria Indigo Designs disclose information to other people?
Victoria Indigo Designs does not sell, rent or pass on your personal information to any third party. We do employ other companies and individuals from time to time to provide functions on our behalf. These may include sending out orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mails, removing out of date or duplicate information from our customer lists, providing marketing services, processing credit card payments. These companies and individuals will have access to personal information to enable them to perform the appropriate tasks. However they may not use such information for any other purposes and are required to process data in accordance with relevant Data Protection legislation, which includes keeping the information secure.

Victoria Indigo Designs’ web site is secure. It uses a security protocol such as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) or PCT (Private Communications Technology) to secure the information you send and receive. When sites use a security protocol, information that you provide, such as your name or credit-card number, is encrypted so that other people can’t read it. We never actually have sight of your credit card details as the third party services we use such as PayPal and Google Checkout processes all that for us.

Victoria Indigo Designs endeavours to keep this web site up to date. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications given are correct at the time of publication. However, while colour reproduction is as accurate as possible, slight variations may occur from the original especially since natural stones are used and therefore there is a natural variation in colour, opacity and sometimes general appearance. This is one reason why every design is different and limited in number due to the fact that Victoria makes everything herself. You will recieve a card with the limited edition number on it.
The illustrations shown are indicative and some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size. We do endeavour to give dimensions. Whilst we work to keep the site free of technical faults, errors and omissions, we are unable to guarantee the same.
Victoria Indigo Designs reserves the right to alter or amend the specifications and prices of the products offered for sale or withdraw them completely without prior notice. All measurements shown are approximate and all prices are shown at the prevailing rate at time of ordering.

Taking care of your jewellery
All jewellery is delicate and susceptible to damage and scratching, especially handmade jewellery as it is not machined. To get the utmost pleasure and life out of your jewellery here are a few tips to keep it in good condition.
Avoid applying any form of constant pressure whilst wearing particularly delicate items, for example sleeping; avoid wearing during activities that might result in jewellery being caught or pulled suddenly, such as gardening, vigorous sports or pastimes; ensure jewellery is stored properly when not in use.
Tarnishing
Should tarnishing occur we recommend washing in weak soapy water, then rinsing and drying well, followed by careful polishing with a good jewellery polishing cloth. To minimise the risk of tarnishing, particularly silver, place your jewellery in a dark sealed bag or box when not in use.
We do not recommend jewellery is exposed to chemicals or additives, for example those found in swimming baths. Perfume, body creams and natural perspiration may also tarnish jewellery, particularly silver, as well as affect pearls and stones. We do not normally recommend that products are dipped in a liquid cleaner.
Hallmarking
Victoria Indigo Designs uses sterling silver, a term used to denote at least 92.5% pure. All silver products are sterling/925 unless stated otherwise. Gold standards are as indicated in the product descriptions.
Stringing
We recommend that stringing is checked every six months. This is particularly important where heavy beads or stones are used. Silk thread can stretch and wear and consequently the piece needs restringing to avoid damage or loss. Our stringing is guaranteed for 6 months for normal wear.
Pearls
Pearls used by Victoria Indigo Designs are normally the cultured freshwater variety. Occasionally we use natural sea pearls, in which case they are described as such. Pearls should never be allowed in direct contact with perfume or chemicals. Body creams and perspiration also may affect pearls and stones. We recommend that pearls should be cleaned professionally.
