As I use natural gemstones, nature isn't uniform and there are variations in colour and opacity between stones, this is what makes every piece unique.

If you are not entirely satisfied with items purchased via the internet, Victoria Indigo Designs will exchange or refund the price of goods purchased that are returned to us unused, in a saleable condition, within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase. This guarantee only applies to items purchased via the internet.

For recipients of gift items Victoria Indigo Designs operates a non-refundable merchandise credit policy. Victoria Indigo Designs' Guarantee extends the rights you have to return goods under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

All orders must be paid for in full prior to despatch. Victoria Indigo Designs will acknowledge your order by e-mail and advise of the likely delivery date. A receipt will be enclosed with your package or sent to you if you have ordered a gift to be forwarded direct to a third party. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided the full correct postal address of both the registered cardholder, as well as the delivery address, and have also supplied us with a means of communication (telephone or e-mail) in case we need to contact you. We can track and trace all orders despatched to UK postal addresses with a full postcode.
