Alan Rickman turned to me and said: 
"Why have you got glitter on your face?" 

It was a delicious moment, his gorgeous voice making every syllable count. My answer disappointed him - far from being a fellow thespian, I was a 'creative' working for a New Media Agency and had come on from the swanky Christmas party. Hence the glitter.

I’d joined the lovely Mr.Rickman as a fellow guest of Ruby Wax at her post show dinner in a tiny restaurant in Notting Hill. I was at that time Ruby’s ‘Internet Chick.’ It was the early noughties and ‘nu’ media appeared ridiculously cutting edge. I did get a peck on the cheek as I rushed off to get my train though.

Apart from a spot of shameless name-dropping, what has this anecdote have to do with making jewellery? 
It’s that zen thing of finding out that doing something you love is just fantastic. And meeting people who really love what they do makes you think maybe you could follow your dream. Eventually. 

Now I no longer have a glam London job, the days of working for women's mags and thinking up 'strategies' for Boots and BT are long gone. But I sit very happily in my little studio at night making jewellery watching the baby monitor flicker.

And it gives me utter satisfaction designing and making jewellery for you, and your mother and sister and best friend, especially for birthdays. I love working with the colour and quality of the silver and precious stones and crystals. Especially the sparkly stuff, bring it on!

Anyway, enough rambling - welcome to my handmade, limited edition collection... 
Created in my studio near Bath and described in British Vogue as "exquisite" and "affordable" in August 09... I source beautiful raw materials; including charms from Italian artisan silversmiths and gorgeous semi-precious gemstones for my original designs. 

To ensure exclusivity, I make a strictly limited edition of each design.The limited edition number is handwritten on a lovely handmade card, that is enclosed with the earrings, bracelet or necklace and sumptuously gift wrapped in a free, 100% recycled display box.
